What the platform is, what a signature does, and where these terms stop.

What these cover
Use of this website, and any application sent through it. The site describes a funding service and provides the means to request one. It extends no offer, promises no capital, and gives no advice of a financial, legal or taxation character. Sums shown to illustrate a structure are illustrations.
The effect of signing
A signed application authorises assessment and authorises presentation to funders. It brings no funding agreement into being and leaves you free to refuse whatever returns. Where funding proceeds, a separate agreement governs it and prevails over anything written here.
Representations you make
- That you are 18 or older and may bind the business named.
- That your entries are accurate so far as you know them.
- That the uploaded statements belong to that business and are unaltered.
- That the capital is sought commercially rather than domestically.
Applications carrying knowingly false entries are refused and may be reported.
Commercial character
Capital arranged here is commercial. It falls outside consumer credit, carries none of that regime's protections, and cannot be directed at household, family or personal spending.
Permitted conduct
Controls on this platform are not to be tested, and it is not to be flooded. Applications belong to businesses you may lawfully bind. Payloads meant to damage a recipient are prohibited, as is mechanical harvesting. Any of these ends access.
Availability and accuracy
The platform is offered in its current state. Availability and accuracy are both worked at and neither is warranted; any part of it may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Destinations we do not control
A link leaving this site leads somewhere operated by others. Its contents, and its treatment of anything given to it, are its own responsibility.
Liability
To the extent the law allows it, indirect and consequential losses arising from use of this platform are not our responsibility. Liability the law forbids excluding is not excluded here.
