What we collect, why we hold it, who sees it and how to have it removed.

Revised 21 September 2026.

Summary

Collected: only what an application needs. Disclosed: to funders, who cannot quote on what they have not read. Retained: for the period funding rules impose. Sold: never. The sections below expand each of those four.

Data we receive

From the form: entity name and EIN as registered, how it is constituted, its sector, the date trading opened, both addresses, a revenue band, the sum sought with its purpose, and any facility already running. From the same form, about the applicant: full name, date of birth, ownership share, telephone, email, a credit band, and a Social Security Number wherever identity must be established.

Uploads supply the contents of the statements sent. The platform also records where a submission originated on the network, when each stage finished, and routine browser details - material that evidences completion and exposes misuse.

Uses

Assessment. Presentation to funders. Preparation of any resulting agreement. Retention of the records that funding and anti-fraud obligations require. Contact with you about your own file. No part of it reaches advertising.

Automated processing

Statement parsing and file assembly are automated; that is where the speed comes from. Decisions are not. No application is refused or approved by automated means alone - a reviewer works every file before an answer is issued, and the call you receive comes from that reviewer.

Sharing

Funders receive the file with its statements attached; a quote cannot be produced from a file nobody has opened. Processors receive only the slice their task needs: a host to store, a mail service to deliver, a signature service to carry a document, an identity service to confirm a person - each acting on instruction. A court, regulator or law-enforcement body receives what a lawful demand entitles it to. That is the complete list. Applicant data is not sold, and it does not reach companies wishing to market to you.

Retention

A stalled application is retained while resumption is plausible, then removed. A funded file outlasts the funding, because records must survive the final payment by some years. Statement files are removed once their file closes and the retention window expires.

Security

Encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest. Statements sit in storage that cannot be listed and are opened through links that expire soon after issue. Access is scoped to the people working a file. That does not make a breach impossible; it makes one substantially harder.

Your requests

Ask what is held and you will be told. Ask for a correction and it will be made. Ask for erasure and anything we are not obliged to retain will go. Ask us to stop writing about a file and we stop. Requests go to the details on the contact page, and identity is confirmed before any request is acted on - the alternative is handing a stranger a company's bank statements.

Age

A service for trading businesses. Nothing here addresses children, and nothing is knowingly collected from them.

Updates

The date at the head of the page moves when this notice does; material changes are called out here rather than made quietly.

Everything set out here reflects the platform as built. No attorney has reviewed the wording, and no governing law is named, because that follows the state of formation. Close both gaps before volume does.
