The company.
A small funding office that automates the clerical work and keeps the judgement human.
What we do
Working capital for US small businesses. Three moves: read the banked record, state without decoration what it will carry, and place the file where it has the best chance. No balance sheet of our own is lent from, and no enquiry is auctioned to the highest bidder.
Where the technology is, and where it is not
Software does the clerical work: parsing statements, totalling months, assembling the file, keeping your progress so nothing is lost, and moving documents without anyone retyping them. That is why a file can be answered the same day.
Software does not make the decision. It does not score you, it does not decline you, and it does not call you. A person reads every file, and that person is the one on the phone. The name on the door is about the plumbing, not about handing judgement to a model.
How funding reaches you
Capital comes from funders, which puts the agreement between them and the business and leaves assembly, reading and advocacy on our side. A single refusal therefore does not close a file - which is the bulk of what this desk adds over approaching one lender directly.
Who you deal with
A file stays with the reviewer who opened it, through signature and through funding. Nothing is routed to a closing desk, and nobody calls to re-ask a question the form already answered.
What we will not do
- Invoice anybody for an assessment.
- Leave a footprint on a credit file to produce a decision.
- Request the keys to an online banking session.
- Treat an applicant's details as inventory.
- Hand a refusal to a machine.
Business purposes only
Commercial only. Outside consumer lending, without the protections that regime carries, and not applicable to household spending. Where personal borrowing is the real requirement, this is the wrong desk - stated on a public page rather than discovered at the end of a form.
